Refund Policy

Items will only be reserved for 24 hours upon an email confirmation from us.Once payment has been received, no refunds will be made. Refunds will be done in the event an item is out of stock. All items are brand new and we will not entertain requests for additional pictures or information pertaining to measurements.

Omfbags has taken reasonable care to ensure that the details or colours of our products have been displayed as accurately as possible. Thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours will accurately reflect the colours of the product on delivery. Please do check the measurement provided in the description to ensure that size of bag is as per ordered.

Exchange Policy

Exchange or refund will only be allowed if the item is out of stock. All our items are quality assured and we will run many rounds of quality checks before each item is sent out. However, in the rare event that your item is defective due to manufacturing defects, do contact us immediately via an email (Support@omfbags.com) with photos and details of the defect for an exchange. Defected goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment and tag not removed. We reserve the right to refuse any returns deemed inappropriate.
